Project Overview
Mauritius is a sparkling crystal in the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean, with a unique diversity of colours, cultures, tastes and experiences. As the commercial guardian of the island, Tourism Mauritius was looking for new ways to connect with their audience, showcase attractions and make travel to the island easy and accessible.
The Challenge
How do you inspire people to daydream about an island paradise? We needed to capture imagination, drive lead generation and showcase the diverse attractions of Mauritius – food, culture, romantic getaways, thrills for adventure seekers and world-class golf courses.
The Solution
Clear and simple, the tagline ‘Do More in Mauritius’ was embraced to encapsulate the essence of the campaign. We designed a microsite that tied in with a competition, whereby users could enter a draw to win a trip to 1 of 2 participating resorts, and truly do more in Mauritius.
Desktop Environment
We added interactive elements, swish hover effects and motion-loading content transitions, to name a few.
