Heading up the agency’s enterprise division, Berry will drive growth of key accounts, overseeing the integration and optimisation of enterprise CMS platforms that will enable organisations to develop a holistic view of the customer experience across all channels and devices.
Frank Digital founder & creative director Matt Barbelli said the agency had successfully made its transition into the enterprise space, with Berry to play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation of the Sitecore Experience Platform for a number of clients.
“Alistair has a strong interest in using his knowledge of software design and development to push the boundaries of the digital experience with robust solutions,” he said.
Berry joins Frank Digital from Sitecore where he worked as a consultant and later solution architect, working on a large number of clients and partners across multiple sectors including finance, education, government, publishing and tourism.
Berry has helped clients and its partners on various stages of their projects, from Greenfield projects with scope and requirements gathering, to implementation and support.
Berry also worked across multiple upgrade, migration and re-development projects for various Sitecore clients over the past three years, driving integrations on various CRMs (including Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce), social, email and commerce systems.
“I’ve got a strong interest in using my knowledge of software design and development within the digital space to push the boundaries to deliver a truly memorable digital experience. I’m lucky to have a strong passion in ensuring development processes and practices are met and the right tools are used,” Berry commented.
